This policy explains how dynexfx ("we") amasses, uses and protects your personal data across our site and platform. We act as the data controller for that information.
Data collected. Names, emails, nationalities and the like alongside KYC paperwork required by regulation. We also keep: trade and settlement records, device data and helpdesk threads. For EU/UK users: contract fulfilment, legal duty, and legitimate interest.
Use of data. Operating your account, clearing trades, meeting compliance, fighting fraud, and securing systems, plus consent-based product updates with one-click opt-out.
Who sees data. Data goes only to operating vendors (custody, payment, verification), authorities on valid demand, and anonymised analytics. We never sell personal data.
Retention & security. Data is kept for account lifetime and statutory windows (often five to seven years for transactions). Protection: AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in motion plus ISO 27001-audited access controls.
Rights. Access, fixes, export, erasure and objection requests can be made by emailing [email protected]. We answer within statutory deadlines.
