This agreement ( "Terms" ) cover access to this dynexfx website, apps and services the "Services") run by dynexfx. Account creation means accepting these Terms in full.

2. Services. dynexfx operates an electronic trading platform for the markets shown on this website. We do not give personal advice; each decision remains yours. Market data displayed serves information only and can lag or delay at moments.
3. Risks. Trading carries substantial loss risk and suits only those who can bear it. Leverage can push losses beyond the collateral posted. Only trade capital whose total loss you could withstand.
4. Fees. Charges, spreads and carry rates are shown on our Fees page and form part of these Terms. Pricing may shift after fair notice.
5. Prohibited conduct. Market manipulation, abusing technical holes, infringement and unlawful purposes are banned outright. Money laundering and evasion are covered by the same bar.
6. Liability. To the fullest legal extent, dynexfx disclaims indirect, special and consequential damages arising from the Services.
7. Changes. This agreement may be updated over time. Continued use after changes means agreement. Controlling law comes from the registering jurisdiction where our operator is registered.
